Shipping

We offer several different shipping alternatives. The customer chooses the shipping option upon checkout. Delivery times should be seen as estimates based on estimations provided by the courier. Delivery times may extend below the estimated delivery times due to several reasons, including delays in customs, force majeure, weather, holidays, and other factors. Whilst we always aim to package and ship out all orders within 1 business day, delays in shipping are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping. Upon checkout, the shipping cost for your order will be specified. The cost can vary depending on your size and selected shipping option. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, customs, fees, and other additional costs that may apply when importing goods to your country.

IMPORTANT: It is crucial that you ensure that importing nicotine pouches to your country is allowed. Different countries have different rules and regulations related to the import of nicotine pouches. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to import them into your country and have the necessary documents and permits for doing so. If your shipment is denied entry to your country, the shipment will, in most cases, be destroyed. We are therefore not able to offer refunds should the shipment be denied entry to the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office prior to ordering to ensure you are allowed to import nicotine pouches. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. It is important that you follow the status of your shipment closely and are ready to provide any additional information or documents that customs may ask for via email so that they can process the import successfully. Failing to do so may result in delays or that the shipment is destroyed or returned to us. If the shipment is returned, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost and a restocking fee from the total amount. If the package is destroyed, we are unable to make a refund.

You can refer to this page for detailed information about the shipping process and delivery times.

Unclaimed packages

If you don’t collect your package or if you for any reason are not able to receive the package, it will either be returned to us or destroyed. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment when it is shipped out. It is important that you follow the status of the shipment closely and provide any additional information to customs so they can process your shipment successfully.

If you wish to receive a refund, the package will first be returned to us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, which will be deducted from your order amount to be refunded. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

If you have any questions about our terms and conditions, please feel free to contact us at info@swenico.com.

Swenico follows the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and the rules governing B2B relationships. Please note the rules governing b2b and b2c sales differ, with the most important being the revoked 14-day right of return.

Disputes between Swenico and a customer can be taken to the General Complaints Board for resolution if the customer is not satisfied with a decision from Swenico.

Information on the General Complaints Board: Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm www.arn.se.

Disputes can also be finally resolved by a general court. The Stockholm District Court should be the first instance for this.

Starting in January 2016, all online retailers located in the European Union or doing business with customers in the European Union must link to the “Online Dispute Regulation Platform” from the European Commission. To comply with these rules, we have included this section in our terms and conditions.

The European Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform (“ODR platform”). The ODR platform serves as an entry point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online sales obligations. The ODR platform can be accessed through the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
